No. All prices mentioned are excluding tax. The appropriate GST will be added to the final amount.
There is a refundable deposit of one month’s rent. The notice period is similarly one month.
Currently, we only accept payment through bank transfers.
We want you to feel satisfied with your office space. You can upgrade or downgrade your current plan anytime you want to, subject to availability.
No. That’s the InCubes benefit. You pay one amount and we take care of everything else. No brokerage or capital investments by clients.
